As i make my way through this chasm of responsiblities...i found out that i am in need of consistently telling myself to remember to do what needs to be done i.e. appointments, bills to pay, projects to finish & etc...

so, i decided in light of the whole situation to buy a white board to remind myself of the things that must be done..it's situated on the wall where i face it everytime i sit down to do my work in my room. So, i could always look up & remember to remember :P
